Feel and Perform Your Best
Insurance Billing
One of the most challenging aspects of recovering from an injury is dealing with health insurance providers. Rest assured, not only will our team provide you with exceptional care, but we'll also handle insurance billing for you, so you don't have to go back and forth with your insurance company. Instead, you can focus on your recovery. We have positive working relationships with many top health insurers, so we can set you up in our system quickly and help you begin your road toward recovery.
Sometimes, we may recommend services that your insurance company does not cover. You will be made aware ahead of time to allow you to decide for yourself if you'd like to accept payment responsibility for the treatment or waive care.

Discover How You Can Make Your Treatment a Success
We want to be respectful of every patient. To provide every patient the care and attention they deserve, we ask that all of our patients follow these recommendations:
- Promptness – It's essential to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
- Late Arrivals – Our therapist will do their best to see you if you arrive late. However, you may experience longer wait times or a truncated appointment.
- Early Arrivals – For early arrivals, we will do our best to fit you into our schedule at our therapist's discretion. However, you may be required to wait until your appointment.
- Scheduling – Our front staff will work with you to find an appointment window that works best for your schedule. We recommend scheduling in advance.
- Cancellation/No-Show Policy – If you cannot keep your appointment, call us 24 hours in advance. Failure to show or reschedule within 24 hours is subject to a $25 no-show fee.
