Annual ORS Scholarship Application
The annual ORS scholarship application will be open to High School Seniors and/or Sophomore, Junior, or Seniors in Collegiate Programs with intentions of pursuing Physical Rehabilitation professions.
Applications for 2026 will open on Monday, January 5, 2026 and will be due by 11:59pm on Friday, April 3, 2026 via the online application above.
A team of licensed individuals at ORS will review all applications in the month of April, and applicants will receive notification in early May.
Award criteria includes but is not limited to:
- Clear professional goals toward the physical therapy profession
- Alignment with our core values: Connection, Accountability, Respect, Environment, and Service
- Commitment to leadership, personal growth and community impact
- Thoroughness of responses to application questions
- GPA, relevant coursework or certifications
