One thing both athletes and spectators need to remember to account for as they begin to go outside for double headers and track invitationals this spring is sun exposure and properly protecting themselves from the sun.  Overexposure to the sun’s UV rays will not only cause sunburn which can cause discomfort for a few days, but will also increase the chances of developing skin cancer later on in life.
