Anyone with nagging or chronic/ongoing knee problems that interferes with your life, work or daily activities.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
At this informational workshop, you will learn essential exercises and information that will help alleviate pain and restore your ability to participate in your favorite activities. 

You will also learn about the Alter G anti gravity treadmill and how it can be used to speed your recovery.  The Holt ORS clinic has one of the best pieces of physical therapy equipment in the mid-Michigan area with the AlterG Treadmill.
