Reference: APTA.org Q: Why should I choose a private-practice Physical Therapist?A. At Orthopeadic Rehab Specialists, we believe that we provide our patients with the highest quality of care available in a cost-effective manner. From your first visit you work with one Therapist (in most instances) to insure that you develop open communication and achieve maximum results with the plan that has been established for you. We believe that being a private practice we can offer patient satisfaction and results that other facilities may not be able to. Q: What do I do after Physical Therapy is completed?A. Some patients will need to continue with home exercises. Some may choose to continue with our Aftercare Program that provides them with a Therapist to guide them through their exercises until they feel comfortable. Others will utilize a gym or home equipment. Most complete their rehabilitation and return to normal activities. Q: How does billing work?A. The Physical Therapist bills your insurance carrier, Worker’s Compensation or charges you based on the treatment plans that were administered. We are then paid according to the fee schedule for your services rendered. An explanation of benefits (EOB) is then generated showing what was reimbursed to us and your balance (if any) is then sent to you.
B. Should you have a hardship in your life while undergoing treatment with us, payment arrangements can be made.
